Deposits and Returns

All orders require a minimum of 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

Balance is due when the guitar is ready for stain/paint process.

Orders cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect or carrier damages.

Shipping

Completed guitars will be shipped using FedEx or UPS in a SKB, Hardshell case.   Shipping insurance will be included for the cost of the guitar.  Shipping rates will vary.   All shipments will require a signature upon delivery.  You must inspect the guitar upon delivery, before the carrier leaves.

Damages

Upon delivery, the consignee must inspect it and note if there are any damages before the carrier leaves. If damages have occurred, pictures must be taken, and sent to Vedela™ Guitars at info@vedelaguitars.com.  I will then process a claim.   If the consignee fails to inspect the guitar before the carrier leaves, Vedela™ Guitars will not be held responsible.
